Big foot!

Called at the pond on my way to the supermarket.
The goslings are now huge ( see extra) but this little moorhen chick caught my eye. Only one. Mum was swimming around, but this one was standing on the steps preening.
Couldn’t help but notice those big feet!
Needless to say the pond is full. Very different from last year.

At lunchtime we watched a cycle race up Mt Ventoux. As we aren’t there this year it was nice to see all the places we know well. Especially enjoyed the blue sky!

It has been fine with sunshine today, I have been dead heading , tying plants up and cutting back.
I think it will be a trip to the tip tomorrow.

The decorating is coming along fine. Lovely to have someone else do it for a change.
