A late afternoon walk around the lodge (our bedroom in extra) was quite fruitful, finding this gorgeous deer and a herd of impala. So good to walk just for 20 minutes before the curfew of 5pm in case any more dangerous animals were on the prowl.

33 hour journey and now we can finally relax. Rachel and I are sharing a room with another lady of our vintage otherwise the volunteers are all in the 16 - 30 range!
