Grandfather / Grandson

Today is our last day on the boat.

Quite foggy and misty rain unfortunately, but it didn't stop us doing things. First we picked up the flounder net, 21 flounder - yum!

Then we headed back to our snapper spot to catch some fresh fish to take home. We discovered "area 44" and caught a bunch. Adam caught the biggest! Then off to a bay for a swim and a walk on the beach.

But then it was time to go ... we packed up the boat and headed home, arriving back around 8.30. No sooner had I got the kids in bed, but fireworks started going off. An amazing private show over the water celebrating Chinese new year supposedly. Simply amazing. The kids thought it was a pretty special end to the holiday. So did I ;-)
