Kina

Well, thank you all for your comments yesterday. I am overwhelmed! The reason being is that I have been a less active member of the community in the past 100 blips or so, yet so many people stopped by to say hello. So it's very much appreciated and reinforces what a positive and encouraging place blip is.

I was going to shoot something different to say thanks, but I've had a huge DIY day. Scaffolding, painting, electrical work, I finished at 8.30pm and am buggered. I can hardly think.

So instead Kina it is. In many parts of the world these are known as sea urchin or sea eggs. When dried all the spines fall out and they make great decorations. They also look pretty good when sat on top of a light and photographed ;-)

BTW, I was surprised that one or two people yesterday may have thought the sign was real. Well it was mostly, but an extra zero was photoshopped on ;-)
