Visitor

Lots of activity today, though slow, with many sit downs. Two loads of Washing hung out, rubbish bins emptied, and then I did half an hour on the bike (for what it's worth).

Elizabeth took Archie out for the afternoon, and walked through a new woodland path near her house.

A friend came to visit - always a bonus when Archie's not here to bark at them. Though she was rather disappointed that he wasn’t here. However, he did come home later, and she was very happy that he sat near her - after Elizabeth had gone, of course.

I didn’t partake of the gin, nor the cheese. And JR is working her way through the four Almond Magnums in the freezer, though I averted my eyes at that bit.
