A Right Royal Do

Mixed with royalty today - got talking to the village Gala Queen and her attendants when they arrived at the park - still on their decorated vintage transport - which was followed by a procession of other vehicles and walking tableaux - down the village prior to the Queen opening the local Children’s Gala - held in the park

Anybody who was anybody was there - including fellow blippers - people I’ve not seen since last year - saxophonists from Bingley Grammar School provided musical entertainment - the coconuts weren’t shy - and some people even brought their dogs - R as well as M&C manned stalls - and a Lancaster Bomber flew overhead three times

A well supported family event - organised and manned by volunteers - even though the reign set in for the last hour - it was still a right royal do
