I was at the Royal Sussex Hospital today for the pre-op check up for my op on Thursday. Investigations for something else showed up entirely unexpected ovarian cysts.  So today I could blip for you the view from the 11th floor, see extra. Also, the British Heart Foundation is setting up on the seafront for the London to Brighton bike ride.
