Reflections

Said goodbye to my Indian visitors today on the 4.30 to Kings Cross. They haven't seen Scotland at its best, but we enjoyed each others company and will meet again next year in their place. Today we'd a meeting at 121 George Street at 9.30 then went home for coffee and a chill. K joined us for lunch of soup...in June, how ridiculous!
This afternoon I took them to the station then did some shopping and came home and chilled which was very necessary. C and I walked to D'mains to build up my steps, managed 13493 so happy with that
