Winter Wonderland......

...wrapped in a globe ready to be shaken before sliding away.

I fell in love with this tiny intricate treasure left from winter showers, clinging to a spent Japanese anemone seedhead.

Lovely to feel the sun today while I was wandering through my soggy garden. A fantail flitted around me chirping madly. I thought I heard a tui but think it may've been a starling mimicking a tui, no matter how hard I looked and hoped there was no tui in my garden. As day nears the end fog is creeping in, the sun is fading and all is looking mysterious.
