My team is ever decreasing! In the last few weeks I have lost one Assistant, one Coordinator, one leader declared she is retiring in July, and another leader told me she is pregnant again! Decision time.....can we manage or do I need to start looking for more people? It’s fair to say we have managed, and without too much difficulty, but what happens if more desert?
I think I will decide to defer the decision until the start of the new school year and see how the bookings are looking then!
