Building Work

A rain free day brought the builder and four of his men out early. The ongoing shots taken by Mr L as I was at work, but in the course of the day, the patio doors came out, a window put in, brick work built on the front of the side. At the side, the wall was knocked out, doors put in and brick work finished off at the sides. This of course is a simplified explanation! Still a fair bit to go with the window to be finished, plastering done and small things inside. Then we have to wait until everything dries off before we can paint and wallpaper. The best thing when paying someone else as opposed to Mr L doing diy is that they clean up after themselves instead of just leaving it to me!
