Downstairs

A manic day where I managed to grab one photo of the view as I ran down the stairs in late afternoon, on my way to better 3G connection to arrange an evening meeting with a project partner. Alison and I have accepted that during her short visit we’ll max out our days with proposal writing, partnership discussions, prioritising tasks and preparing for a board meeting. If I’m going to be manically busy, I’m happy enough that it’s in Maputo, which ain’t a bad old spot. In dashing about town here, thank god (Graça a Deus) it’s not necessary to do a Nairobi, Jakarta or Manila and allow four hours for each car journey, just in case traffic is snared.
