Exhibition

Popped into town to day to see the Chippendale Furniture exhibition in Greyfriar's Kirk hall. I went to see it last year. Amazing work by talented young folk. We met up with Rufus and his mum, and her nephew (who made our kitchen cabinet). Archie enjoyed it too. Until a chap started banging on a drum for some reason, so Archie joined in the racquet by barking.

We didn’t join the others on their walk to Mary’s Milk Bar for an ice cream, so that was a good start to my new diet.

I got the bus both ways - the energy of yesterday has disappeared. JR and Archie walked through the Meadows both ways.

I wanted to get a photo of Archie by Greyfriar's Bobby's grave (which I’ve done before) but there were hordes of walking tours all over the place.

'Years and Years' on tonight. Really enjoying it now, though it's a pretty scary future.
