Smug!

Went off to Ashton Court mountain biking with daughter and grandchildren and had a great time though noticed the waistband on my cycling trousers had shrunk over Christmas. Felt decidedly smug about the exercise and geared up to eating the remains of the Christmas feast. It's turkey curry this evening!
