New life

Mr Rat phoned me not ong after he'd gone out to say there was a cygnet in the ponds so it was out with the camera to see if I could get some pics. It was good to hear as I hadn't seen the swan on the nest, they musy have hidden it well this year.
The family were very obliging so I got several pics (there's one of them all in extras) and a bonus was a family of 6 ducklings. There's a pic of them in extras though one has just dived and splashed mum.
I was chatting to a chap who was doing a survey, of plants mainly (I think) and then returned home to some indoor and outdoor jobs.
Monday group in the afternoon and we returned to the mosaic and then running group this evening.
