Day 7 - Helsinki

A very busy day, this time in Helsinki :-)

We walked around all of the sights covering just over 21,000 steps!!

We walked from the ship to the Esplanadi then onto market square next to a smaller quayside.

Then for some culture we saw the Uspenshi Cathedral, the Helsinki Cathedral in Senate Square and finally the Temppeliaukio (Rock Church) which is built into solid rock (see extra) where natural light pours in through the glazed dome. We heard a member of the public start singing and the acoustics were amazing :-)
