Beachcombing Find

After our morning coffee, headed down to A2 / M2 to the Isle of Thanet, and the coast at Tankerton.  The journey started in bright sunshine, but the clouds had rolled in by the time we parked up on Marine Drive, but they gave an impressive backdrop to the rows of Beach Huts (extra).

Otherwise, I wasn't really inspired until I spotted the barnacles and seaweed on the wooden groynes, and spent a happy half hour or so shooting macro shots.  It was hard to pick one from my images for today's Blip, but with next month's office photo club challenge on Textures coming up I have plenty of choices.
