finally framed a flicker

I love the intricate coloring of these Red-shafted Northern Flickers, and I look forward to seeing them in the spring and catching a flash of red from under their wings and tails. But I haven't seen very many this year, and when I have, they take off like a shot. So it became my mission get a photo of one. Today was the day!
