Christmas

It is here, finally after all the wrapping last night, of all the little presents for the kids and placing them in the right stockings making sure that what they had wrote to santa was what was in their stockings. I am just as excited as they are we placed their big stocking by the front door, the girls had made santa a glass of milk, with three chocolate cookies, they even put a table cloth on the little table(even if it was a baby blanket) it was still very sweet, a chair was also placed next to the table in case santa wanted to have a little rest and eat his cookies.

Girls went to sleep very early on christmas eve, and actually woke up later the usual. They were straight down the stairs to see if santa had been, they all squealed at the sight of there stockings filled with presents. Lara was so excited and it was nice to have all three finally understanding christmas. They all sat down and opened them together. We had gotten them all the same things, just different colours, of sizes as they all like to play with the same things and they all like the same dresses. With a few little things that each one had asked santa for. Lara had gotten really excited over a night light a run around showing everyone, and it was promptly put by her bed.
Maddie ohhh and ahhhed over all the pretty dresses she was given. Bailee loved a bright pink t-shirt with a zebra on it( it was the closest thing santa could find to a real zebra) Bailee didn't seem to upset when we explained that we couldn't have a zebra as a pet.

Christmas was at our house again, this time it was my mum's side. Not as hot as last time which was a shame as the girls were looking forward to going swimming as they had received a lot of pool toys, who knows they might end up in the water kids don't feel the cold as much. Every one arrived and the girls were having fun playing with their cousins with are all around the same age, Maddie teamed up with esha who is 8 and they listened to music on their i pod, and chatted about shout songs they liked. Lara ran wild with little Jazzie who is 4 months older then her. Bailee flittered in between both of the groups.

It was lovely after the afternoon we packed up and headed to Ben's mum and dads to do the celebration all over again. The girls loved being centre of attention, and wished that christmas was every day. The amount of things they all got was mind boggling. I can not see my lounge room floor. Thanks everyone for a amazing day.
