Tunnel vision

Over 150 tunnels, getting on for 200km, criss cross the magic  paid for in large part by the EU. I guess without them with mountains vertiginously plunging into the ocean, life would be tricky, although driving through them and out of bright light takes a bit gof getting used to. Fortunately my son was behind the steering wheel. Whatever the tunnels are are huge feat of engineering.
