Scene from the bus

Run and swim before breakfast. More beach sports were being set up. I wondered if this was in lieu of Meadowbank while the stadium is repurposed. After a morning’s work we took the 124 bus to Dirleton Castle gardens. (There is a borders war being engaged with ground elder there.) Back on the 124 to North Berwick as the forecast sun finally appeared for a lazy afternoon in this “holiday” town. The view from the bus home summed up a good afternoo n out.
