our fabulous family Christmas

Christmas Eve with Bro and Co, left me little time for wrapping the remaining presents. and by the time i got back with Pete, he seemed in no mood to let me quietly wrap presents.

therefore, set alarm for 6am and wrapped the rest of my things. off then for breakfast at mums, a small english!

by the time we got to the cemetery, it had started to rain. we took flowers for dad and shared a tot of whisky with him. i remembered all our magical christmas's we'd shared with him, he loved this time of year, being in charge in the kitchen. one of my early Christmas memories as a child is spending the day at nana's, and then pretending to asleep when it was time to walk home, so that dad had to give me a piggy back home....magical times

dinner at li and matts, and before that i have my first visit to a pub on Chrimbo Day, as bro meets Ebo for a few pints!

top drawer dinner - 3 michelin star standard - at li and matts. had a walk to pick up pete after to burn off some cals and he joined us for a couple of hours.

Liv and Greg joined us, and presents opened. Pete and kirsty arrived and our family christmas is complete. topped off with the news that Ash and Kylie have got engaged! what a perfect day!!

Bro provided the guitar hero evening entertainment....a once in a lifetime performance!

home by 9.30pm, and spend an hour with Pete, and an amaretto n' ice, before we both were too sleepy to stay up! a fabulous family Christmas.....
