Butter Chicken
I had some leftover Indian butter sauce in the freezer from the butter chicken I made last month, so for dinner tonight, I cooked a chicken breast and made a slightly lazier (but still pretty tasty) version of that dish. The wine is the remainder of the pinotage-shiraz blend from last night.
Also, it is a minor miracle I am not posting fast food today, as I have been grading final exams.
