Calf Liver
Calf liver with mustard sauce; arugula salad. Wine: The Original Rib Shack Red 2017 (South African Pinotage/Shiraz blend).
It has been a long time since I have ventured calf liver. I can confirm I still do not care for it. Fortunately I love arugula, and, in spite of its off-putting name, the wine was rather nice.
