Floral Clock

After yesterday’s, dreich cold weather today was mild but cloudy and I went out in the afternoon to get the ingredients of a meal I was cooking for friends. The annual floral clock in Princes Street Gardens is coming along; this year celebrating 100 years of Save the Children. I also managed to rebuild the old laptop by downloading Windows 10 from the Microsoft website and then following the instructions in a blog. The hardest bit was getting Word and Excel installed as Office 2010 is no longer available as a download. I eventually found the original download from 8 years ago and now I have a large empty machine ready to be used.
