V & A, Dundee

It was a dreich old day so we went up to Dundee to have a look at the V & A on the waterfront. It’s a magnificent building, but I wish it had been built about 8 metres further east where there is plenty of space as it overshadows the Discovery next door. Inside there is a large open atrium with a stairway to the exhibition areas. One is about Scottish design but I don’t feel I learnt much, and the other is an exhibition about video games, as Dundee is a world leader in such things. The blip is the entrance as we were leaving.
