Chilli

Abi is at a sleepover, tonight, so it was just going to be me and Dan for dinner, which meant it we'd be either going out for a curry or staying in for a homemade chilli, both of which Dan appears to hold in equivalent esteem. But I have my twentieth century babies arriving tomorrow for the weekend, and I decided it'd be best to avoid the lagers, poppadoms, and naan breads!

Which was just as well because it turned out the miniMinx was also going to friend's for the night, so we had the last minute pleasure of the Minx's company with us in Kirkby Lonsdale.

It wasn't a bad chilli, in fact it was very good, but my best ones are always made with Scotch Bonnet chilis and I can't get hold of them at the moment! Booths used to do a whole pack of them but now you can just get one or two in a chilli assortment, which is pants.
