Unusual Banknote.

An item from the family archives. This American Silver Certificate note dates from the beginning of the 20th century. It's history is well documented, even on Wikipedia but how, when or why it came into the family ownership is a mystery to MaggieD and me.
It certainly seems genuine both from the style of print and the very high quality of the paper and it is exactly the same as photos available on line. If anyone out in Blip-land, especially in the USA, can add anything, I would be very happy to hear it.
