More Bouglione fun

After a relaxing morning of sorting, playing and skyping we surprised the kids with a trip to the Christmas Circus show as the Bouglione Circus is back in town. Just like last year it was a lot of fun, but with a bit too many animal acts for our liking, this time.
My fun loving husband was randomly picked from the audience along with three others and were instructed to put on a show with the chief clown. They couldn't have picked four better people as they threw themselves into their roles making the audience genuinely laugh. The kids were quite bemused watching their Daddy and I was counting my lucky stars that they hadn't asked me as it would have been my idea of torture!

When we got home we checked our emails to see if Santa had sent his message to the kids to see if they were on the good/naughty list. We hooked up the laptop to the TV so they could watch his video message on the big TV. I think Olivia was holding her breath waiting to see if she got the green light or the red light! Once the green light flashed she became addictively hyper, but little Dex refused to have anything to do with it and preferred to sit in the corner of the room scribbling drawing.

We left out the customary (in our house) Duvel and cupcake for Santa and a couple of carrots and bowl of milk for Rudolph and then waited.
Waited for the kids to fall asleep so that we could get on with some assembling! Wonder how many grown ups were doing that this evening?
Very excited to see their little faces tomorrow.

Hubby is the one in the cream jumper by the way.
