Corn fields

It is difficult to believe that corn will grow in this dry land, but it surely will.

These fields are the background of our daily walk, I will show you the same place in a few weeks' time and you will see the corn them.

In the extra,  a thousand-year-old olive tree I spotted today. It was not there yesterday and it won't be there tomorrow. They had downloaded it from a lorry and it was going to be planted on a nearby plot to decorate a garden or for whatever other reason. 

It is terrible that this impressive olive had been pulled up from its land. but at least it has been given a second life!
