A very McHenry Christmas!
Today after spending some time at home we drove to my Uncle Mike and Aunt Maureen's house to celebrate Christmas with all the McHenry (my mom's family) relatives.
They have been hosting Christmas for our family for many years now and it's become a wonderful tradition. Everyone contributes a dish or dessert and the food is AMAZING! I get to see my aunts, uncles, cousins and their families all together which is no easy task. My Uncle Mike is actually the youngest of his siblings (my mom being the oldest) and their are six of them. My parents, myself and my siblings (I am also one of six) alone are a crowd. Multiply that times six and you get some idea of how many people are involved. Thankfully, their house is big enough to accommodate us all.
It was a wonderful day filled with good fun, good food and great memories.
My Blip is of the front of their house coming up the walkway. I thought it looked very festive and inviting.
