The pack is all together again, Missy is content. 

It was a long meeting, but part of (slowly) building a team is letting go, and it's rewarding to see people stepping up and getting things done. It's equally rewarding to know that a couple of people's term is finally over this year and they can (hopefully) be replaced with contributers.

The journey home took me over the Mersey Gateway Bridge, spectacular and not something I'd seen before. Now need to remember to pay the toll.
