Kitchen Window

A mixed bag of a day: started out great with a delicious lunch over the hill in Sunnyvale--we ate outside!! It felt like we were on vacation in another climate entirely. Did I say it was warm?! What a treat to slip off one's jacket! A little stroll, a little shopping, and bam out went my back on a journey of its own. I've had similar pain in the past, but it's always gone away fairly quickly; this time it dug in with a vengeance. Urgent Care, drugs, a shot, ice, heat, sleep.
