Angkor Wat

Mr P took us out on his tuk tuk to do the small circuit at Ankor Wat. Started at Bayon which you can see lots of faces in the stone work. The next to Ta Keo were you can climb to the top of, next was Ta Prohm made famous by the tomb raider film. Amazing trees growing out of the buildings. Good to see restoration work happening. Next was Banteay Kdel the ladies temple were D got caught by a guy who showed him the best photo view points!! A break for lunch before heading to Angkor Wat which was busier than all the others a amazing place though by now very warm. Climbed to the top which was one step to far in the heat, thankfully a nice cool view point was found. Back to Mr P who we had almost drunk dry of water. A few cocktails later on a rooftop bar, more than we had intended but rain started so had to stay for another one!! D decided on a wee song on the way back, not sure what folk though as he wiped out his Elvis mask and started singing but got applause.
