Festival

This weekend saw the Forth and Clyde Canal Festival, the highlight of which was a flotilla of boats of varying sizes and styles travelling between Falkirk and Glasgow.

As I had other plans for Saturday, when the main events were in my local area, I didn't get to see any of the action. However, I drove over to Auchinstarry late on Sunday afternoon and, although all the boats were either moored or being loaded onto vehicles, there was still a variety to be seen from the canal towpath.
