Blue skies

A quiet day in the office, today, with just a brief trip out to the dentist, which at least gave me some steps. I first met Neil (the dentist) around fifteen years ago at an open day for BNI, which was (and I think still is) a networking organisation. To this day, I have mixed feelings about it; it didn't do what it claimed but it was therapeutic spending time with other people who had small businesses. 

I think I'd still have the business, today, without BNI but that said, I did meet some clients that way. I certainly made some good friends, too (including IntoTheHills). 

Back in the office, I took this photo of the windows set high up in the office wall (look how deep they are!). I guess a lot of people would have preferred to be out in the sun, but I was quite happy feeling cool indoors, looking out.
