Hallival and Askival

We took the lunchtime ferry to Rum with a group of friends to stay in the bunkhouse at Kinloch. The weather was glorious and after some afternoon tea some of us decided to go up the Marilyn of Mullach Mor above Kinloch before going to the café for a fish supper. The views were stunning and the ground very dry underfoot so that was good, although there were a few ticks and the midges were about as well. The blip is Hallival and Askival from Mullach Mor’s top and the extra the sunset over Kinloch bay as we returned from our meal.
