vuelve, a casa vuelve...vuelve a tu hogar!

Back blipped from yesterday.

It always seems like a super long journey but it's so good to be home now. I still remember the first time I came home after I'd left for England. I was 16 and I ran all the way out of the plane to the bag collection bit. Back in those days, your relatives could come in and meet you there so my dad would always be there to pick up my heavy bags full of books for me. I don't run anymore - mainly cos I've done this journey (London - Las Palmas) hundreds of times now but it still feels as great as that first time.

The first thing I noticed as soon as I arrived was how warm I felt all of a sudden - a vest and a cardie and tights is way too dressed even in December in Gran Canaria! Bit of warm weather - just what I've been in need of!

The blip is from Heathrow's terminal 5. It had just stopped raining and the sky looked pretty amazing.
