Asha has made this collage on a canvas for her Grandad...she did one for Julia too, with pics of the 2 of them. Fun to make!
A very significant feeling team meeting this afternoon. Open and vulnerable. 
It's rained all day! Traffic was awful as a result, a 20 minute bus journey took me an hour...and I arrived at the meeting looking like a drowned rat.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Brave openness from everyone at the meeting.
2) Danny and Neil getting to have an evening together.
3) Asha's creativity.
