Dedicated friend

This is the wonderful Cally...she's just written 3 children's books and is currently working on books 4 & 5... She's in Ibiza at the moment and came for lunch and the afternoon. Part way through she gave Asha and Nate this frame, and told us that book 2 in her 'Miniphant' series has been dedicated to each of the 24-7 Ibiza kids by name! How wonderful is that?! She's framed the cover, and on the back there's the dedication page with Asha & Nate's names and a gorgeous message about the 24-7 kids. What a privilege!

A spontaneous glass of wine in town with Camilla...lovely to see her and lovely to see friends who own the bar - they were kind and looked after us well.  It's a gorgeous little place, laid out on some steps in the Old Town. The seating is colourful cushions that cause you to feel a bit Roman, half lying/languishing as you sip your drink! The best bit was that we had front row seats to the lighting storm! 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Danny putting Nate to bed so I could go see Camilla.
2) Cally's kindness!!
3) Arranging a coffee with one of the Roma women.
