Wide Wednesday:Artistic

We went over to our friends' house with Sophie this morning to give the garden a water while they're away in the Lake District. Sophie took her small watering can and shared the water about equally between the plants and her clothes.

This is the view from the bottom of their garden, looking towards Street Hill. The foreground is actually the bottom of their neighbour's' garden which winds underneath theirs. I liked the mixture of greens and shapes and I've played around a bit to give it a more arty feel.

As we hadn't had enough of water we took a picnic lunch to the outdoor pool and spent a happy couple of hours in the sunshine until mid afternoon.
