On the night before Xmas: mincemeat
Having a go at raw mince pies - recipe courtesy of Russell James, to which I've added a few of my own ingredients.
Done the cases - which are currently in the dehydrator. Done the cashew cream topping - currently in the fridge. Here is the mincemeat which I have just popped into a kilner jar. All set for assembly tomorrow.
