After working for several hours in the garden, I grabbed my camera and chased this bumble bee around the Baptisia (False Indigo) and finally got lucky.  Even with a shutter speed of 1/2500s, the wings are still a blur. 

We went to our last Washington Performing Arts concert of the season this evening and saw the Russian pianist, Evgeny Kissin who has to be one of the finest pianists in the world. It was an extraordinary performance with 6 encores!

My husband opted not to run on Sunday much to my relief.  That last three miles will wait until the road conditions improve.
