Vienna Day 1

This is the first backblip from last week. A friend arrived in Vienna this evening on a whistle stop tour of our neck of the woods. Her plane had been delayed several times but we still had time to take her to Schweizerhaus in Prater for their famous Stelzen (Pork knuckle). It was a chilly night and a bit eerie walking around the normally bustling park. We missed the last ride on the Giant Ferris Wheel - we haven't seen the view at night but I am sure we will one day. We take all our guests there.
It was a short trip to our Airbnb apartment where we all were ready to tumble into bed.
