I slept much better last night, and feel fine this morning and have managed a few chores.  The HG has gone down to the centre for an opticians appointment and I hope he has coffee with his mates, always lifts the spirits. 

I received some lovely flowers from my country dance group, and yesterday Jan came with flowers from the church, so I have blipped my flowers along with the cards I have received.  People are so kind and caring...…..
