From Carvoeiro circular

We walked today from our hotel at Carvoeiro towards Benagil.  Our organisers had not recce'd this but had been told it was an easy walk along the coast.  Turned out to be very challenging with lots of scrambling and very steep ascents and descents.  We had to be careful as the path at times was right on the edge of the cliff.  Didn't need accidents on our last walk.

In the evening we made a presentation to our recce team, (see extra) who had flown out to Portugal earlier in the year to check on walks etc. for us.  It is much appreciated and well worth while for us to have things checked out.

And out for a wander around town in the evening, with a few drinks thrown in too!
