Delightful Dales

A loop up the valley on the bike before breakfast, then 17 of us set out up to Coniston Dip and on the Grassington. A gorgeous walk with lovely company, stopping for a picnic lunch on the way, and again in the village for tea before following the river back to the barn. Today I had the company of 3 brave ladies in the Wharfe with the rest looking on like we were slightly mad. As always on this weekend away our walk ended in the pub at Kilnsey for a pint or two, and a dry off by the fire.
