I spotted a Spotted Towhee. Yesterday I bought a little Lumix point and shoot to carry in my pocket on dog walks, since handling Laney and a big camera is too hard. I was impressed with the quality of the apple blossom photo I took with it yesterday, but it was a close up of a still life, so not too challenging. I am even more impressed with this long distance zoom of a bird! Woo hoo, new toy!!
