Boedeworst

Or, at least, that's how I think it is spelled.  My house mate is South African and he, with a few other South African mates, make their own sausages.  They use a special herb/spice mix and fill the sheep's intestines (sanitised of course) themselves with a massive machine.  They taste fantastic.
