Delicious Leaves

What a glorious green the new leaves are as they unfurl from their buds. Small, delicate, fast-growing solar power units.
They look delicious, and I have eaten a few now and again, as I walk past. They taste better than most lettuces! I'm not alone in finding them tasty. If you look carefully there are some flecks on the leaves where something very small is stealing a little of the spring goodness from the new leaves.  Nature is wonderful!
Having managed to change a tap I decided to move on to electrics. There is now a socket at the top of the stairs and the extension lead we've been using for 25 years can be moved elsewhere.
